Sabrina is the Founder and Managing Director of Build Global. She decided to bring together two passions, strategy and creativity under one umbrella. Build Global was the result of her unconventional approach. Sabrina believes advisory and creative led businesses can co-exist.

Sabrina established Build Global Advisory in 2015 with the idea that strategy, transformation and change efforts should be addressed with methodical execution, guided by a true focus on service and leadership. From her international multidisciplinary experience across industries that include Management Consulting, Financial Services, Advertising and Professional Services; Sabrina has held senior roles with global remits for companies such as Ernst and Young, Barclays PLC and Barclays Investment Bank. She has worked for brands such Ogilvy and Mather and Nordstrom. Sabrina understood that complex challenges can create space, provide opportunities for leaders to excel and for companies to succeed.

Leading Build Global Advisory, Sabrina is sought to advise on strategy and business transformation programmes for a range of clients across industries. Sabrina is a Tedx speaker invited to provide interactive and thought provoking commentary to audiences internationally. An experienced facilitator, Sabrina is frequently requested for conferences and business off-sites. Sabrina’s speaking credits include Tedx Fidelity International and Harvard Business School.

In 2017, Sabrina launched Build Global Productions. A multimedia platform that produces and curates art. As a responsible business, Sabrina started the Build Global Scholarship, an international award which rewards the whole picture of leadership to students pursuing further education and personal development.

Sabrina is co-founder of Niche on Demand a subscription video on demand service. Chair of the Board of Directors for Instigate and member of the board of trustees for doteveryone.
