Keri is a highly motivated and collaborative Human Resources leader with expertise in all facets of human resources. She joined Colliers in 2009 and brings 20 years of experience in the human resources field, gained within various industries. Focused on building an effective and efficient Human Resources function with a superior customer service approach, Keri works with leadership and management teams on developing solutions to enhance the overall employee experience. She oversees the following areas for Colliers’ North America People Services team: Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Payroll & Systems, Benefits & Compensation and Human Resources Programs. She also oversees and champions the Women’s Diversity & Inclusion Program across North America. Keri has led Colliers towards some notable achievements including being named Aon Platinum Best Employer in Canada and winning Best Employee Engagement Strategy at the HRD’s Canadian HR Awards in 2016.
